Terms of Use
These terms describe the rules for using BraceLog and the responsibilities that come with your account.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using BraceLog, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. If a parent or guardian creates or manages an account for a minor, that adult is responsible for the account and its use.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to access another user’s information or interfere with the security or operation of BraceLog.
3. Subscriptions and billing
BraceLog offers optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions through Apple. Available plans, prices, trial terms and renewal details are shown before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage, switch or cancel in Apple subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro access normally remains active until the end of the paid period. Restore Purchases reconnects an eligible Apple purchase to the app.
4. Health and AI disclaimer
BraceLog is a personal organization and education tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions and does not replace an orthodontist, dentist or emergency care. AI and visual-analysis output may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not delay professional treatment or change prescribed care based solely on BraceLog output.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful or harmful material, attempt to bypass account or subscription controls, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, automate abusive requests, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with other users, or use AI features to request illegal or dangerous actions.
6. Your content and our service
You retain ownership of photos, notes and other content you add. You give BraceLog the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize and display that content to provide requested features. BraceLog’s software, design, branding and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
7. Availability, termination and changes
We work to keep BraceLog reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change as the product evolves. We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using BraceLog and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers, liability and contact
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BraceLog is provided as available without warranties of medical outcome or uninterrupted operation. BraceLog is not responsible for clinical decisions, missed appointments, treatment outcomes or reliance on AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
